Baseball, 1880’s style

The Vintage Baseball League held a game at Golden Gate Park and played by the rules made in the 1880s.

Unexpected outcomes

I’m not sure why I thought there would be a large turnout, perhaps it was because I heard close to a hundred showed up to a similar event a few cities over.  Nope, I was caught in a white room with nine people for about an hour and a half.  It’s always challenging to make photographs in such a bland setting, but I like a good curveball every now and then.
